Virtual, Inc. Expands Technology & Engineering Team as Membership-Based Organizations Navigate Increasing Complexity and Change
WAKEFIELD, Mass. – June 11, 2026 – Virtual, Inc., a strategic management partner for technology consortia, standards organizations, associations, and other membership-based groups, today announced three new senior appointments to its Technology & Engineering team. As organizations face increasing complexity and change, these additions reflect Virtual’s ongoing investment in technology capabilities that enable clients to evolve how they operate, collaborate, and deliver value for their members.
Elias Kizito joins Virtual as Director of Technical Account Management; Chris Annibale joins as Senior Product Manager; and Susan Cruickshank-Mercier joins as Technical Systems Analyst.
Together, they bring deep expertise in product management, digital transformation, and client-focused technology delivery.
Reporting to Brien Currier, Virtual’s Vice President of Technology & Engineering, the team will partner with clients to implement technology strategies and solutions that support collaboration, streamline operations, and enhance member engagement – helping organizations deliver on their mission.
