Ashley leads Virtual's Advisory practice, bringing high-impact strategic thinking to the organizations Virtual serves. She and her team partner with boards and executive leadership to lead and design strategies that strengthen organizations, navigate complexity, and achieve strategic objectives. Ashley brings more than 15 years of experience leading growth strategy, commercialization, and business transformation across both corporate leadership and consulting environments. Before joining Virtual, Ashley held management positions at Philips, Tufts Health Plan (now Point32Health), and Dun and Bradstreet. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Bryant University and a certificate in Designing High Impact Solutions from MITdesignX. She is known for a strong challenger mindset and an ability to pair analytical rigor with facilitative leadership in complex strategy engagements.
