Jennifer oversees Virtual’s licensure and certifications business unit, also known as Professional Credential Services. With more than 20 years of experience in operations management and client services, she supports organizational growth through process improvement, team development, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Virtual in 2018, Jennifer served as Director of Client Services at Quorum Health Resources. She has a bachelor’s degree in merchandising from the University of Kentucky and a master’s degree in business administration from Strayer University. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
