Mauro oversees Virtual's finance and technology practices, pairing rigorous financial stewardship with the technology strategy that powers the company and its clients. He brings 30 years of financial and operational experience, having lived andworked in Chile, China, France, and the United States. Prior to joining Virtual in 2021, Mauro held senior roles at the PCI Security Standards Council, MITMedia Lab, and the World Wide Web Consortium. He is a Fulbright Scholar and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and a master’s degree in business administration from Suffolk University.
